Class Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. Thank you for respecting our strict 6 hour cancellation policy for all bookings. Cancellation or change requests received via email are not valid. All cancellations and changes must be managed online or via the Mind Body app at least 6 hours prior to your booking.

Cancellations made after the 6 hour window will be classified as late cancellations and incur a $5 fee for members and class pack holders will also be charged their credit.

All no shows to classes will incur a $10 fee for members, and class pack holders will also be charged their credit.

Membership Cancellations

Memberships will continue to automatically renew until cancelled. If cancellation (or pausing) of membership is required, please request via email.

Arrival Times

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class begins to allow sufficient time to check in, settle, and prepare for your class. Please do not arrive any earlier to allow time for students attending the previous class to leave the studio.

Late Arrivals:

• Teachers will allow a grace period of 2 minutes after the scheduled start time;

• After this, the door will be closed, and no latecomers will be admitted to minimise disruptions and ensure a high-quality experience for all participants.

Class Pack Expiry

Each class pack has an expiry date of 6 months. Unused classes will expire if not redeemed within this timeframe. Extensions will be considered on request.

Belongings (mat studio only)

Please leave all shoes and coats downstairs. All other items such as phones and keys can be brought into the Studio upstairs. The downstairs door will be locked during class.

Payments

StudioSK accept both card and cash payments.
