Studio Owner + Pilates Instructor
Kate is a Pilates, yoga and fitness instructor with over 10 years of teaching experience and 25 years of practice. To say she loves all kinds of movement is an understatement! She believes movement is for everyone and makes her classes fresh and creative. Expect to work hard in her classes but also enjoy yourself and have a good laugh. Kate loves to make you use your brain and think throughout her classes but she promises you exercise can be fun (well, her kind of fun!)
Sarah Coles
Studio Owner + Yoga and Pilates Instructor
Sarah’s teaching journey started a few years ago when she moved to Australia. Sarah has practiced Yoga for many years and fell in love with the spiritual aspects that the ancient practice has to offer. Sarah previously attended strength and conditioning classes before discovering the magic of Pilates. Strengthening and lengthening the whole body, in a safe and fun way, what more could you want! Before Sarah become a Yoga and Pilates Instructor, she was a British Lawyer (crazy career change!). In Sarah’s classes you can expect a balance of dynamic movement to challenge your mind and body, and space to breathe, soften and release.
Ally Campisi
Yoga & Meditation Instructor
Ally believes yoga is medicine for the mind, body and soul. Her classes are embodied, intentional and inclusive. Through exploration of conscious breath, she empowers her students to carve their own path on their journey of self discovery through yoga.
